Valley View Health and Rehabilitation project consisted of a multi-phase renovation combined with a 29,000 square foot new construction addition including 36 private rooms, living and dining areas, new rehabilitation gym, parking lot additions, and grounds improvements.  The renovation of the existing 85,000 square foot facility included conversion of double occupancy rooms to private rooms and finish upgrades throughout. All new and renovated resident rooms have private bathrooms and ensuite showers. The construction consisted of wood framing with brick exterior and shingle roofing.  The interior finishes included carpet, luxury vinyl tile, hard tile, custom wood millwork, and granite countertops and sills throughout.
