Located in the Greystone/280 corridor, La Z Boy Furniture Galleries is a retail store and furniture showroom.  The structural steel frame structure has metal stud exterior walls with masonry and stucco veneer while the interior boasts a variety of materials and finishes including tile flooring, carpet, drywall and acoustical tile ceilings, and a custom lighting package.  Expansive aluminum storefront allows the showroom to extend outside the store.  The interior work also included a buildout for the Kincaid Home Furnishings store.
